As the Environmental Service Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Performing all required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules
- Making regular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, and working conditions
- Assigning daily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervises performance, and maintain an adequate inventory maintenance supplies
- Follow safety policies and use safe work practices
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year of Maintenance experience
- 1 year Management experience
- Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
