- Greeting clients
- Answering phones

- Scanning and copying
- Transcribing legal dictation into correct legal format.
- Scheduling and attorney calendar organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position is in office only.

- Be detail oriented and organized.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
- Experience preferred but not required.
