Job SummaryThe Product Sales Specialist - Identification will aggressively grow revenue by providing product-level expertise coupled with application aptitude to drive adoption of our identification products. The position requires a sales proficiency and desire to develop and close business through application-driven problem-solving.
Essential Functions:
Create demand and close revenue for our identification products by meeting application needs with product solutions at end-user accounts.
Identify key account targets and work closely with both our sales and marketing teams to communicate and extend value proposition for HellermannTyton identification products.
Leverage product and market expertise to facilitate closing opportunities.
Communicate effectively the benefits of solutions, which consist of hardware, software, and consumables.
Accelerate product acceptance in new markets and applications.
Driven to solve customers issues whether product or software-related.
Work closely with our electrical sales team - plus selected distribution partners - to generate and close opportunities of identification products.
Develop brand awareness within the accounts
Sharing knowledge and experience with the overall electrical team
Success in this role will require
Ability to communicate features and benefits of products with both presentation and hands-on style.
Foster a team atmosphere and work effectively with multiple HellermannTyton personnel
Communicate effectively information derived within accounts.
Sharing insights from experience and training with the Electrical Team
High-level aptitude for engaging people at all different levels within a customer and corporate organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational capabilities and aptitude for data
Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality systems, and ISO14001 environmental systems.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree Required
Previous experience working within Industrial Accounts preferred
Ability to travel 40% time.
Experience communicating and coordinating new customer deployments.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM Software preferred.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record
