Your Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Hello ABA, you will:
- Assess clients’ behaviors and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Train and supervise RBTs to deliver interventions effectively.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to address behavioral challenges and support client progress.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Maryland licensure (or in progress).
- Proven experience in ABA and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and committed to high ethical standards.

Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000 with performance-based incentives.
