Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Figma to craft exceptional user experiences and a proven track record of collaborating with React developers to bring designs to life. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging conversational user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms. An understanding of the MAYA principle ("Most Advanced Yet Acceptable") is a strong plus, as we aim to strike the perfect balance between innovation and user comfort.
Core Functions :
Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile and web applications, with a focus on conversational UI and seamless user journeys.Lead product initiatives focused on developing best-in-class mobile experiences. Improve current features while being adaptable and flexible for new product directions.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.Apply the MAYA principle to deliver innovative designs that are advanced yet intuitively acceptable to users.Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our products.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3 years of professional experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing conversational user interfaces for mobile and web.Proven track record of scaling products from concept to market fit in startup or hyper-growth environments.Strong understanding of front-end development processes and experience working with React developers.Familiarity with conversational UI frameworks and tools is a plus.Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.Bonus : Knowledge of the MAYA principle and how to apply it to design decisions.Cultural Fit :
