Hello Auto group is a locally owned company that was established in December of 2019, opening with two locations. The company now consists of 6 current Dealerships with a seventh (another Kia in Calabasas) under construction and a future Mazda store in Santa Rosa, California. We are not simply going out and buying locations, six of our eight stores were open points awarded to us by manufacturer partners based on how we operate our business for both our customers and our employees. Ownership is present and working side by side every day. Hello, will grow from two to eight stores in less than six years with little turnover and a fantastic culture.
Everyone tells you they are different, and many people love this business but hate some of the poor stereotypical things that follow. We try to eliminate that. We are closed on Sundays, so our employees have time to re-charge, spend time with their families and better serve our customers on the six days we are open. We give back to the community that supports us, twenty-five dollars for each car sold and one dollar for every RO. We then provide our employees with two PTO days to volunteer in the community. We don’t believe in pressuring our employees to present phony and inflated addendums on our vehicle. Monthly compensation for Hello Auto Group Sales Managers ranges from $7,000.00 to $12,500.00.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a pro-active, respectful, driven leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
Your Qualifications:
- Dealership management experience preferred.
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic ,assertive, and sociable with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- The ideal candidate will have background in:
- Finance or used cars
- Lead handling / BDC management
- CDK
- Clean driving record. Untarnished character.
- Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
