Hello Group has an immediate opening for a dynamic Service Manager to join our growing list of Dealerships! At Hello we strive to be great leaders not only in our market but Nationwide. We're looking for a hands-on individual - someone who can actively support the team, drive technician productivity, work and coach in the lane, interact with customers and team members alike, and who understands the metrics that lead to service success. Prior Mazda experience is a bonus.

Hello Auto group is a locally owned company that was established in December of 2019, opening with two locations. The company now consists of 6 current Dealerships with a seventh (another Kia in Calabasas) under construction and one more soon to be announced. We are not simply going out and buying locations, six of our eight stores were open points awarded to us by Manufactures based on how we operate our business for both our customers and our employees. Ownership is present and working side by side every day. Hello will grow from two to eight stores in less than six years.
Everyone tells you they are different, and many people love this business but hate some of the poor stereotypical things that follow, we try to eliminate that. We are closed on Sundays, so our employees have time to re-charge, spend time with their families and better serve our customers on the six days we are open. We give back to the community that supports us, twenty-five dollars for each car sold and one dollar for every RO, we then provide our employees with two PTO days to volunteer in the community. Requirements:
- Prior fixed ops / dealership management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and digital skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proven history of leading a team to deliver a superior customer experience
- Technology skills are critical- ability to use or learn dealership technology programs
- Team player a must
- Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
- Commitment to customers/ employees and the brand
