This will involve identifying high street brands such as grocery retailers, estate agents and hotels etc to sell the benefits and features to these target points via presentations.The client is seeking a resilient individual with good sales skills, someone who has knowledge of reactive / maintenance works . You may have worked as a Property Manager / Head of Property or have aCouncil Maintenance or Facilities Management background.You will have a new business mindset with a desire to close deals and earn commission.The role comes with a very attractive salary of £40000 plus commission and car allowance.
