The Hello Auto group is growing in Santa Clarita. We are looking for the right people to help us provide a better and more unique experience for our customers and employees.
We seek a Finance Assistant with exceptional customer service skills and a winning attitude. Hello Auto group is a locally owned company in Santa Clarita looking for team players to assist us in changing the car-buying experience. This role will bridge Sales and Accounting to ensure a seamless process. At Hello, we operate a more customer-friendly process where the salesperson is one point of contact for the customer.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask while keeping up with multiple schedules. The perfect candidate has worked in a dealership as a finance admin or in an office or billing role.
Responsibilities:
Printing paperwork prior to customers' departure and reviewing for accuracy.
Titling and Deal Processing
Participating in customer satisfaction process
Process "we owes" and warranties
Support Team Leads and Client Advisors by completing accurate documentation
Assist the Office in managing the Lenders and Financing of the contracts
Requirements:
Eager to learn about the automotive industry
Have quality customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Professional presentation
Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
Prior Automotive accounting or office experience a plus
