Analyst, Insurance Claims

HelloFresh is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst to our team! As Insurance Claims Analyst, you will join forces with the Claims and Insurance Managers to support the Risk Management department in timely record keeping and data processing for workers’ compensation claims! You will immerse yourself in the company DNA to promote HelloFresh’s vision, inspire change, raise the bar on performance, and champion a culture of excellence!

You will...

• Ensure business is compliant with state specific regulations and HelloFresh policies and guidelines.
• Review claim files and provide guidance on reserve adjustments with the claims TPA.
• Gather information pertaining to legal document requests and track accordingly.
• Maintain consistent and uniform documentation within the risk management information system (RMIS).
• Partner cross functionally to collect all documentation needed for claim processing.
• Collaborate with the Claims and Insurance team to review claims, proactively address recurring root causes, and work with internal stakeholders to develop an action plan.
• Assist with gathering data required for renewal submissions and claim reporting and handle requests for certificates of insurance.
• Liaise with WC Attorneys on litigated claims.
• Accurately log all claim loss runs and monthly invoicing across various business lines.
• Participate in conference calls with insurance carriers, brokers, and claims TPA(s).
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

At a minimum, you have...

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers compensation claims.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider high school diploma with 2 years of WC claims experience
• Preferred certifications ARM, CFE, CPCU, AIC, etc.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset and are highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external customer.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)

$67,500—$90,000 USD

Colorado Pay Range

$63,750—$85,000 USD

Illinois Pay Range

$63,750—$85,000 USD
