HelloFresh is looking for a Commercial Kitchen Operations Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and mixers.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our equipment is operating efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and improving overall production quality. You will perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with other technicians and leadership to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. You will also participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
This role requires 4-6 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, including mechanical and electrical operations. You should have a strong understanding of machinery and equipment, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
