As a member of our EHS team, you'll work closely with site safety managers to develop and implement safety initiatives that promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, while also driving innovation and excellence in our distribution centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site safety managers to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of safety performance, including incident reports and training logs.
Your Ideal Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in safety or a related field.
- OSHA certification or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
