You will…
- Partner across Talent Management and Learning to support diverse talent initiatives around retention and development
- Learn about the talent management landscape and contribute to overall delivery of key performance and talent management initiatives
- Engage in the HelloFresh promotion process - tracking, providing HRBP visibility, validating eligibility, and communicating updates throughout
- Support qualitative data analysis of self-reflections to identify themes for High Potential employees
- Assist in talent management activities, including data analysis, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Help create and facilitate engaging learning sessions for employees and leaders.
- Develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with the HR team on key projects to enhance employee growth and development.
- Currently entering your senior year, actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Someone with strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented approach to work
- A collaborator who focuses on relationship building and working closely with other members of the team and the business
- Someone who loves challenging yourself to constantly improve and share your knowledge to empower others.
- Able to efficiently execute against several competing tasks and projects
- Focused on effective and inclusive teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment working with a diverse set of stakeholders
