Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize APIs to support AI-driven automation
- Integrate AI-powered workflows to assist customers in document submission, accuracy verification, reminders, and real-time updates
- Enhance authentication and security to protect sensitive government-related data
- Build and maintain database systems to ensure high-speed processing
- Automate backend processes for form automation
- Deploy and manage AI-enhanced customer support tools, ensuring smooth communication between customers, agencies, and our marketplace partners
- Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of our backend services
- Develop API integrations with our expanding partner network, streamlining government interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and integrate new AI-driven services and predictive automation tools

- Experience integrating OpenAI and AWS-based AI tools into backend systems
- Ability to build AI-powered customer workflows
