Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their unique HR needs, goals, and challenges. Act as a business partner, providing ongoing guidance to ensure the success of our solutions and continuous improvement in their HR operations
- HR Technology Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our platform, managing system configurations, training, testing, and post-implementation support. Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring that HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement needs are streamlined and optimized
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales representatives, implementation managers, and client representatives, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery based on the client’s timeline. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to guarantee successful implementation and high client satisfaction
- Ability to quickly grasp new HR technologies and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual client relationships effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- HR Background (3-5 years of experience) or equivalent knowledge of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment)
- Proven experience in HR technology implementation, including system setup, configuration, and post-implementation support
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
- A strong passion for leveraging technology to solve HR challenges and improve operational efficiency
