E-Commerce Manager, North America – Temp to Hire
The Role
Helly Hansen is looking for a data-driven professional to support the region’s E-Commerce business function. This leader will play a key role in planning and executing promotions, marketing campaigns, season launches and merchandising for HellyHansen.com in the US and Canada.
It is important to be a self-starter that can make and manage plans for the eCommerce team in North America. The ability to both be able to identify opportunities and take action without the need for instruction, while also being able to carry out plans and secure alignment with the greater organization – is important in this role.
This role is a maternity leave cover with intent to move into a permanent position on the team in January 2026. This position reports to the Sr. Director, E-Commerce, North America and will be based in Denver, CO.

The Role

Specific Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end E-Commerce experience while driving revenue growth in North America
- Collaborate with digital and brand marketing teams to build a content and promotional calendar that supports brand and business objectives
- Own reporting of financial, product and site performance on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis
- Use web analytics tools to understand customer behavior on the website, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain close partnership with planning team to monitor inventory and take strategic action to maximize online assortment
- Oversee eCommerce merchandising including internal search, sorting and product recommendations
- Build and refine product hierarchy and manage site navigation structure
- Lead and develop team of merchandisers / coordinators
- 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce, retail
- Experience working in E-Commerce back-end systems (Magento, Constructor, AEM and Optimizely experience are a plus but not required).
- Excellent Excel skills
- Keen eye for detail

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
