Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking a driven and sales-focused Fleet Specialist. This position will work directly on behalf of Stellantis corporate, towards improving and driving additional Fleet parts and labor sales through a Centralized Billing Program (Servicenet). This role will focus on increasing the sales for companies of various size, from medium to smaller vehicle fleets.
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Stellantis Fleet Specialist:

This position will work directly on behalf of Stellantis corporate, towards improving and driving additional Fleet parts and labor sales through a Centralized Billing Program (Servicenet). This role will focus on increasing the sales for companies of various size, from medium to smaller vehicle fleets.
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Stellantis Fleet Specialist:
- Contact and create a relationship with Fleet Manager at target fleet customers.
- Encourage Fleet Managers on the benefits of using Mopar parts towards vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Assist and support fleets in identifying and building relationships with local Stellantis dealers for their service or parts needs.
- Provide dealership consultation towards process improvement and satisfaction as a means to increasing Fleet Service Business.
- Associate or bachelor's degree, Sales, Automotive or a related field of study; or industry equivalent experience.
- Understanding and growing Fleet Fixed operations business through process improvements
- Ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships with Fleet management companies, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision.
- Excel in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of computer systems basics (Microsoft Office, Email, and other Windows based systems).
- Fleet operations experience and/or experience in business development in an automotive related industry.
- Effectively communicate information both orally and in writing to all levels of Dealer personnel, and Fleet Management companies.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to track and monitor key tasks.
- Entrepreneurial individuals with a history of leadership and achievement.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
- Work will be performed primarily Remote, and in a various vehicle management facility, as needed to grow service and parts business.
