At a Glance :
The Network Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the organization's network infrastructure. This role will lead a network operations team to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical network technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco network devices, F5 load balancers, and Prisma Access VPN, to support the business's connectivity and security needs.

What you will do :
- Leadership & Management :
Lead and manage a team of network engineers, security engineers, and the network architect, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the network infrastructure, including data centers, WAN / LAN, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN services.
Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routers and switches, F5 load balancers, and Prisma Access VPN solutions.
Lead network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, expansions, and new implementations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network topology diagrams, device configurations, and security policies.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal support for network infrastructure components.
