Responsibilities
- Creating new customer relationships with targeted clients.
- Maintain & strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Maintain & strengthen intel on opportunities within the pipeline.
- Attend industry association meetings to understand market conditions, competition, and grow relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Develop recommendations for potential opportunities from intel gained from interactions with others.
- Interaction and timely updating of company CRM.
- Attendance of monthly company safety meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in business development or construction contracting/engineering fields.
- Experience building new client relationships.
- Ability to build trust with customers & coworkers.
- Ability to identify and prioritize high payoff activities.
- Experience in construction contracting industry is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
