We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Navigator/Client Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone or walk-ins. This position is flexible in scheduling and can fit a variety of needs for the right individual. Key responsibilities include completing intakes, facilitating case coordination, obtaining client evaluations, and providing resources. This role also involves acting as a primary contact for partners and community organizations making referrals or seeking services for clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for helping individuals in crisis access the support they need. This role requires the ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting and organizing donations, as well as emotional resilience to support individuals in crisis who may be experiencing trauma, fear, or distress. Candidates must be aware of the risks associated with providing services to victims of violence and have the ability to handle these challenges with empathy and professionalism.
