Are you ready to build a successful career in the plumbing trade? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Field Sales Trainees. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide hands-on training to help you develop valuable skills and grow in an exciting, in-demand trade.

Your Training Journey
You'll train alongside seasoned plumbers to:

• Master hands-on plumbing techniques.
• Build confidence in communicating with customers.
• Understand how to evaluate plumbing systems and recommend solutions.

Once You’re Trained, You’ll:

• Visit customer homes to assess plumbing systems.
• Perform 27-point inspections to identify potential issues.
• Educate customers on their home’s plumbing and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and assist with financing if needed.
• Collect payments and maintain equipment inventory for successful job completion.

Qualifications: 

• Customer Focus: Some customer service or sales experience is a bonus!
• Hands-On Ability: Comfortable working with tools and getting your hands dirty.
• Drive to Succeed: Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
