- Onboard Data: Work with multiple data sources to import and normalize client data, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Identity Matching: Implement and refine identity-matching algorithms to link patient records accurately across datasets.
- Apply Care Gap Calculations: Develop and apply care gap calculations to provide actionable insights for healthcare providers.
- Generate Specialist Reports: Build pipelines to create detailed specialist reports that inform clinical and operational decision-making.
- Ensure Data Compliance: Maintain alignment with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, while working with sensitive patient data.
- Collaborate: Work closely with AI specialists, product managers, and engineers to develop features that enhance the capabilities of our autonomous agents.
- Proven Data Engineering Expertise: 5 years of experience as a data engineer, with a focus on healthcare data integration and management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark) with an understanding of ETL processes.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience with healthcare coding standards (ICD, HCPC, LOINC) and familiarity with CMS guidelines.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactive in driving projects forward.
- Shape and Grow: As a founding team member, you'll influence the direction and culture of a YC-backed startup, engaging in a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for personal and professional development.
