Caregiver/Home Health Aide

**Job Title: Home Health Aide**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, caregiving, dementia care, hospice care, and working with people with developmental disabilities.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

**Experience:**

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Familiarity with dementia care, memory care, and hospice care

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
