We are seeking a part-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- (Preferred) Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Bilingual Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of technical recruiting practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Strong understanding of succession planning concepts and training development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

About Helpfulway Inc.
We’re a small company that owns and operates toy vending machines throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. We're looking to expand into retailing other products such as OTC medicine, pet supplies, and food or beverages in vending machines.
Salary : $21 - $25
