What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver-WAM Staff position at Helping Hand Behavioral Health?
Wedgewood Americana housing caters to adult ambulatory residents who do not need skilled nursing care, but who require oversight in their daily affairs.
We are seeking staff to work our both second and overnight shifts 3pm to 11pm shift or our 11pm to 7am shift .
Duties include but are not limited to:
- guiding and directing consumers;
- direct care including cleaning;
- light cooking;
- cleaning common areas according to schedule and procedure;
- performing floor care functions including sweeping; vacuuming, and washing as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to work assigned shift. with flexibility for other hours as needed;
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 25 pounds;
- Possess good time management and organizational skills;
- Show compassion for residents and staff;
- Demonstrate ability to be team-oriented;
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
