Responsibilities:
The Clinical supervisor will supervise clinical personnel to ensure quality patient care. They will also help train field nurses.
- Ensure that coordination of care and documentation occurs between staff and patient/family/representative and facility and other outside agencies.
- Complete assessments and recertifications (training provided)
- Investigate, resolves and report problems relating to patient care and employee well-being.
- Must drive and be comfortable visiting patients in the home to coordinate care sometimes as well as working in an office setting about 50:50.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- Computer savvy
- Home Health Nursing supervisory Experience
