Hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCaBA)
Helping Hands Behavior Therapy is looking for compassionate a Behavior Analyst to join the team in our local Tucson business. Work with a highly qualified mentor BCBA with 20 years of experience, specializing in ABA therapy and Natural Environment Training. We provide effective training and support in this role, through a board certified team, so Behavior Analysts can focus on clients. The candidate will assist in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for therapy in the home, clinic, school and community. Behavior Analysts supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, provide assessments, write and monitor progression of behavior plans and develop and maintain relationships with clients. Prior experience in education, childcare or a behavioral health setting is advantageous. Work directly with children, families, schools and caregivers at home, in our clinic and in a child’s day-to-day environments.

Responsibilities
- Create behavior plans unique to each individual client
- Supervise team of Registered Behavior Technicians
- Track progress of clients and monitor proper record keeping within team
- Assist with training parents and caregivers
- Provide direct behavioral services to individuals either in home, at school, or in the community
- Record data using our web based collection system
- Ensure a positive and productive environment when around clients and their families
- Adhere to HIPPA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality
- Pursue to better your skills as in an effort to support your clients to the best of your ability
Requirements
- College degree
- Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Certification as BCBA or BCaBA
- Additional certification may be required
- Relevant experience preferred
- Able to maneuver and play with children and possible siblings
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability typical to a child's schedule
