This is a Salary Position, hours will very 40 up to 60 hours per week
Job responsibilities include:
o Visit all HHB homes once weekly. HM will read and review MAR and med book to ensure ISP trainings are being performed (if applicable) HM will read and review service docs and outcomes to ensure it is being done daily. If not being done correctly HM will follow up with House Supervisor to correct issues or corrective measures.
o Read, Review and correct monthly documentation which includes, “Service Documentation, Outcomes, Fire and Tornado drills, consult specialist doctors’ forms, House Supervisor monthly task sheet, and any other specially required documentation clients may have. All documentation that is not correct HM will send back to House Supervisor to be corrected. HM will have until the 5th of the month to complete. Turn in to HR mailbox.
o HM will work along with HR manager as needed.
o HM will print out and indoctrinate all new ISP and Assessments revisions pertaining to HHB services. HM will coordinate with corresponding House Supervisor about the revision. House supervisor will perform revision training to be turned in to HR and filed.
o HM will collect and distribute weekly schedule to be placed in each House Supervisors, Trainer, SM, HR, CEO, mailbox, or email. (no later than Thursday by 12pm)
o Review and correct if needed all time sheets and mileage sheets, (Sunday pay week by 4pm.
o Maybe required to fill a shift (if needed)
o Attend Monthly provider meeting at specified county.
o Attend Weekly Supervisors Meeting
o Attending SSA and guardian meetings when necessary.
o Staying on task with county board Nurse for MAR reviews
o Train House Supervisors on Personal Funds certification and isp or assessment revisions for HHB homes and place acknowledgement training in HR mailbox for filing
o Coordinate with House Supervisor and local Fire Department for annual fire inspection certifications. (To be done every June) HM will print out completed paperwork signed by fire department, label, and file.
o Will complete Personal Funds annual training for House Managers from manager date of hire. Train House Supervisors on Personal Funds certification for HHB homes and place acknowledgement training in HR mailbox for filing.

House Manager is not permitted to discuss employment, hourly wage or salary with staff or clients. Not permitted to share client’s personal information, steal HHB documents or personal information for other use. Significant others, children, friends, or anyone not employed by HHB is not permitted in the building. Failure to comply will result in automatic termination.
Working hours must be flexible Sunday through Saturday
As House Manager, - A house manager is key part of a management team and oversees lower-level HR duties, following training standards, they also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
House Managers play a critical role in the overall success of Residential Services. As “natural role models”, House Manager must have the following personal qualifications:
Autonomy – ability to work without immediate supervision.
Interpersonal sensitivity (objective awareness of others, tactful interaction, ease in establishing limits).
Reliability
Flexibility
Insight and the ability to articulate it.
Good judgment, including the ability to evaluate, make decisions, and anticipate consequences.
Initiative and motivation to learn.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van (Employees Only).
Crisis intervention training (i.e. PAC, SOLVE, etc)
CPR, First Aid certificates are a plus.
