Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician located in Collegeville, PA. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily tasks include observing and recording data on the child's progress, assisting with behavioral interventions, and collaborating with the team to adjust treatment plans as necessary. The technician will also communicate with families and teachers to ensure consistency across different environments.

- Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention techniques
- Background in Psychology or a related field
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with children with autism
- Excellent observational and data recording skills
- Experience in educational or clinical environments is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in behavioral health is advantageous
