Our Compliance
Coordinator
directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by
assisting
the Director of Quality Assurance
& Compliance
to ensure that all clinical and operational processes adhere to all compliance standards. This team member will build relationships with each
assigned
clinical region
to
facilitate
ongoing efforts in ensuring compliance.
Additionally, the Compliance
Coordinator
will work closely with state, BHMCO, and commercial payor representatives to facilitate positive and productive collaboration on an ongoing basis.
Specific Responsibilities
& ComplianceÂ
regarding
policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with
company standards
, state and federal regulations, and
funding source requirements for quality-based services.

Coordinator

Specific Responsibilities
- Completes projects correlated to increasing compliance and quality assurance measures as assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance
- Oversees
& ComplianceÂ
- Assists
regarding
policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with
company standards
, state and federal regulations, and
funding source requirements for quality-based services.
- Compil
all documents needed to prepare for audits on an ongoing basis
- Assist
the Director of Quality Assurance
& Compliance
in standardizing all documentation across clinical and operational procedures
- Conducts activities related to compliant billing (i.e., training OMs to clear billing holds,
assisting
in FWA investigations, etc.)
- Conducts
and
the company
utilized
EHR
to ensure use of standardized documents
occurs
and to mitigate any misuse of company documents and intellectual property
- Assist
in
ongoing assessment of
regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations
- Provides onsite support to
support
payor
audits, chart reviews, license visits, site visits, training needs,
investigations,
professional development, department strategy meetings, etc.

- All other duties as assigned
- 1 year of experience in organizational administrative tasks
- Strong communication
- Confident communication skills for fielding calls on behalf of the agency and its representatives
- Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods
- Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 and Central Reach
