- Performing patient care tasks, including catheter care and medication reminders.
- Laundering clothing and linens to maintain a clean living environment.
- Helping clients with mobility and transferring as needed, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health aide roles is preferred but not required.
