Job Description
Helping Hands Home Care Service specializes in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Helping Hands Home Care Service is a locally owned and operated company. Helping Hands is rapidly expanding and looking for an Office Generalist. Must be motivated, detailed oriented and possess good communication, organizational skills.
Duties :
- Responsible for supporting Home Care administrative tasks.
- Responsible for on-boarding of new clients
- Responsible for answering calls that come into office. Must possess proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist with recruiting efforts and employee on-boarding processes.
- Ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.
- Assist with organizational needs of office.
- Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations.
- Split time between the Hermitage and Cranberry offices
- Performs other duties as assigned.
