Director Of Operations Position
Mission: Helping Hands PRP is to inspire, empower and work with communities to alleviate poverty through education, advocacy, and providing physical and wellness services.
General Statement Of Duties:
Enhances Director Of Operations Position effectiveness by providing information management support; as well as providing, efficient and proficient management of work assignment.
Examples Of Work:
- Partnered with the management team & maintain office policies
- Participate in office operations
- Provide general support to clients and staff within company
- Organize and schedule internal meetings with our Advocate Support workers, & Back Office staff
- Manage relationships with all staff, Advocate Supporters, an stake holders
- Possesses the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of adult Behavioral Health patients.
- Make sure company is in compliance with CARF guidelines
- Give warning notification via verbal, written to employees, Advocate Supporters, or terminate if necessary
- Set up training schedules for all new hires and assist in training along with all experienced staff
- Create and promote an atmosphere where staff can have access to learn or improve skills
- Coordinate or create programs within company that staff and Advocate Supporters can learn from an enhance there capabilities
- Work with all areas of the community building clinical relationship within Collages, Morgan, Coppens State, Widener University, an other stakholders
- Over see an train our in-house interns making sure they receive there clinical or admin hours
- Supervise in house staff whom monitor Advocate Supporters supervision
- Work with marketing staff and community - based resources to facilitate parterships
- Evaluating the program’s effectiveness
- Recommend changes within the program
- Overlook progress notes of all clients make sure they match the clients prograss with in program
- Direct the day-to-day operation in accordance with the program goals and objectives
- Develop supportive relationships with clients families, housing providers, and other components of the clients’s support system
- Monitor timely submission of all documents from Advocate Supporters an Back Office staff
- Monitor daily activities and provide guidance, mentoring, coaching, and training thru Accreditation Now!
- Provide supervision along with supervisor to Advocate Supporters base on their supervision plan weekly, biweekly, or monthly base on the Advocate Supporters needs
- Check in weekly or biweekly with CEO with any updates within program
- Welcome guest, potential stake holders, potential Advocate Supporters or clients greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protect operations by keeping all information confidential at all times while in your position with Helping Hands PRP Inc all equipment, information, flash drives, documents etc. must be returned after your employment with Helping Hands PRP
- Complete day to day projects and follow up on results
- Responsible for creating new content for our mental health website and brochures.
- Maintain professional knowledge by researching an attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, attending trainings on psychiatric, trauma, employment practices, and cultural competency.

Skills And Abilities:
Proven success in the following job competencies: Mental Health (PRP) MS Ofiice Suite, Communication and Presentation, Strong organizational habits, Customer Focus and Relationship Building, Information and Technology Proficiency, Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport, and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, therapists, and community agencies; Possession of valid motor vehicle operator's license and clean driving record.
Acceptable Experience And Training:
Typing spreed of 45 wpm; Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Graphs, Charts, and/or equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
