Helping Hands PRP Inc. is a reputable CARF-accredited Mental Health PRP Program dedicated to providing essential services to individuals in need of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Program Assistant of Operations to support the administrative functions and ensure the efficient operation of our program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health services, familiarity with CARF policies, and a commitment to upholding quality care standards.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of five years of experience in mental health services
- Preferred in mental health or psychology candidates
- Knowledge of CARF/COMAR policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Icanotes EHR portal and note-taking
- Effective collaboration skills with advocates, families, and therapists
**Expected Duties:**
**Compliance and Quality Management:**
- Ensure compliance with COMAR and CARF regulations
- Develop and implement quality management strategies
- Create staffing plans for back office and advocate roles
- Monitor compliance through regular checks and OIG background screening
Review notetaking of all advocates and address corrections with Director
**Administrative Support:**
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support
- Manage and update CARF documents and policies
- Handle data entry and maintain office organization
**Client Interaction and Support:**
- Assist in client intakes, assessments, and referrals
- Manage client appointments and collaborate with therapists
- Conduct client, employee, advocates, an contractor satisfaction surveys
**Operational Efficiency:**
- Utilize multitasking to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay informed about compliance procedures and report deadlines to advocates and backoffice
**Communication:**
- Manage phone inquiries and provide client support
