Position Summary
Helping Hands Wellness Center is an organization aimed at providing medical resources that will break the generational chain of poverty as it relates to an individual’s well-being. We believe in treating individuals from a holistic point of view including medical, emotional, and nutritional needs. We are looking for an individual to support our outreach coordinator, whose professional values align with our organizational values. This position will provide direct outreach to many individuals in different environments that we wish to provide services to.
Job Description
- Job Type: Part Time (hours are based on outreach calendar)
- Available days/hours for Clinic: Your schedule will be fluid with the community events/programming and outreach calendar.
- Salary: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- The Outreach Coordinator Support will coordinate and represent Helping Hands Wellness Center with all outreach events.
- The Outreach Coordinator Support works with the onsite Outreach Lead to ensure the goals are aligned with the overall company mission and strategic plan.
- Mandatory attendance of ALL outreach events!
In House Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Outreach Lead to determine outreach vision and focus is clearly defined.
- Collaborate with Outreach Lead to ensure all in house advertising and materials are reviewed and updated annually. This will go along with all programing information disseminated to the public.
- Provide recommendations Operations Director for annual marketing budget planning.
- Ensure that all onsite donor communication is created and accessible.
- Constant Community Contact
- In house printed material
- Coordinate video communication
- Work with Outreach Lead to communicate themes of events when designing promotional materials for events.
- Provide updated material for all webpages for each event and campaign.
- Assist in coordinating all outsourced marketing and social media outlets.
- Develop and administer the literature and brochures for all programs you start and assist with those already in place.
- Assist with the creation/coordinate press releases and ads for the promotion of the Center’s work and events.
- Assist with inventory supplies for in-office marketing materials.
- Updating the clinics Outreach monthly calendar/goal board.
- Interpersonal and problem resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
- Organized and able to work without direct supervision.
- Desktop publishing skills and computer skills including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
