Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Bessemer Blessings. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
