We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Document patient care and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Home Health Aide training program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
