We are seeking a Part-time Homecare Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our homecare agency. The candidate will be responsible for managing the office, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage client records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with billing and invoicing
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
