The client has had back-to-back surgeries, knee replacements, and heart caths. He also has Parkinson's. He desires to begin exercising again and walking during the day. He also needs medication reminders, errand runs, and rides to the gym. Take him out for lunch and appointments. He also needs light housekeeping, meal prep, help with the restroom and basic ADLs.
