Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist Pay : $20.00- $21.00 hourly
Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist Schedule : 8am- 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday
Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist Start Date : ASAP
We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist for a temporary to hire opportunity with our client, a local fulfillment and distribution company! The Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering new customer orders, updating orders once shipped, QC checks and sample creations.
Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist job responsibilities :
- Enter in new orders as they are submitted via website, fax, or email
- Confirm, audit and update orders after product has shipped
- Generate kit letters and / or labels for Production through MS Access database
- Maintain filing system
- Importing of Customer Orders
- Create and lease work orders
- QC checks and sample creations
- Handle incoming telephone lines
- Assist customers, as needed
- Assist Account Manager on special projects as deemed necessary
