As the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage personnel, and ensure optimal workflow to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Manage staff by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies and shortages.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promptly address any safety incidents.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor costs, inventory expenses, and maintenance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve company goals.
