We are seeking an Entry Level Accounting Clerk for a temporary position for our client, a local government entity located in Commerce, CA. The Entry Level Accounting Clerk will work with billing documents and data entry. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience and knowledge in the accounting field. This is position is located in Commerce, CA.
As an Entry Level Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for :
- Sort and distribute Incident Activity Reports.
- Scan hard copy Incident Activity Reports to network drives.
- Look up, print, and accurately match Incident Activity Reports with Internet Protocol Field Incident Reporting System screen print, and employees time history all earning reports.
- Update Excel-based spreadsheets with electronic Human Resources (e-HR)
- Print and submit e-HR documents for posting.
The ideal candidate for this role will have :
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of office / clerical experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
