Helpless is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Admin in Seal Beach. This role involves managing customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders efficiently.
Schedule : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $20 - $24 / hr.
Process customer purchase orders from the portal and enter sales orders into the BEI ERP system.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Quality to meet delivery dates.
Communicate with customers about delivery timelines.
Update the customer portal (BOOTS) with expected delivery dates.
Suggest system improvements for better workflow.
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with Production and Quality.
Create invoices and schedule freight shipments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Work with Program Management to address late deliveries.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
Sales Order Processing experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
Able to navigate customers and internal ERP systems
Professionalism with customer interactions
Must be able to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changes in schedules while juggling competing priorities
