Helpmates is seeking a detail-oriented customer service focused Office Specialist for a contract opportunity in Santa Ana with our customer, a large government agency! The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Planning & Building department with performing a variety of office support duties including responding to public inquires in a timely manner!
The Office Specialist Requirements :
- 1-3 years of office support experience
- Bilingual Spanish & English skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Types 40-50wpm
