We’re currently looking for a Part Time Nanny in Santee, CA 92071
A lovely family near Mission Trails is looking for a part time nanny for their 16-month-old twin girls to start as soon as possible. Care is needed Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:30am-1pm, with some days starting at 8am. The twins currently take one nap per day and enjoy outdoor activities, reading, and visiting the local park. An ideal candidate will be caring, energetic and and have experience working with multiples close in age.
- Start date: Immediate
- Length of position: Long-term
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-1pm
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- All aspects of childcare for 16 month old twins
- Driving the children to the library and other age appropriate activities (can utilize family's vehicle)
- Engaging in fun and interactive activities
- Facilitating nap time for children
- Following daily schedules and routines set by the family
- Light housekeeping/tidying related to the children
- Laundry for the children
- Light meal snack prep for the children
- Walks to the nearby park
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of paid, professional toddler care experience with ability to provide references to cover at least 2 years of such experience
- Experience with multiples preferred
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- First Aid certified or willing to become certified
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- No smoking during working hours
