We’re currently looking for a Full Time Nanny/Household Manager in Pelham, NY 10803
A lovely family in Westchester County seeks a full time nanny/household manager for their two children, aged 9 months and 3 years, starting immediately. Care is needed Monday-Thursday, 9am-6pm, and Friday, 9am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing loving care for the children, who are both bright and playful. The 9-month-old is a giggly, sweet baby who loves to laugh and play, while the 3-year-old is sweet, silly, and attends preschool in the morning.
Both children follow specific daily schedules set by the family, including nap time, bedtime, and meals. Mom and dad work from home but will be in a separate area during care hours. A small, friendly corgi lives in the home, though no pet care is required. The family is looking for a nanny who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 9am-6pm
- Friday, 9am-4:30pm
- Compensation: $23-$25 per hour overtime pay
Responsibilities:
- Bathroom assistance for 3 year old
- Bath bed time routines
- Bottle solid feeding
- Cooking/preparing meals for the children
- Diaper changing for 9 month old
- Engaging in activities with the children; developmental milestones, hands-on/floor play, reading, focusing on no screen time
- Facilitating naps times
- Housekeeping laundry for the family
- Maintaining children’s/family’s schedules; meal times, bed/nap times, etc.
- School pickups attending classes with baby (walkable)
Requirements:
- 2 years of paid, professional infant care experience
- CPR certified, or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable with friendly dogs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 annually
- Up-to-date on flu vaccine, annually
- Must speak English
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- Must be able to successfully clear a background social media check
Compensation Benefits:
This position pays $23-$25 per hour, and the family is looking for 43.5 hours of care per week.
