We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Nanny in Chicago, IL 60622
A lovely family in Wicker Park, Chicago is looking for a flexible and experienced nanny to care for their two children beginning June 9th. Care would be primarily for their 3 month old daughter, with occasional care for their 2 year old son.
Care would be needed Monday through Friday. The standard schedule will be 9am to 5pm but the ideal candidate would have flexibility to work 7am to 3pm or 11am to 7pm depending on the family’s schedule (Advanced notice will be given for any shifts that are not 9am to 5pm.)

Responsibilities
- Infant Care including: feeding, diaper changes, and nap time, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Light Household Tasks including: tidying up common areas, washing bottles/dishes related to child care, light laundry (such as folding baby clothes), taking out the trash
- Occasional Errands including: walking to pick up 2 year old from school, picking up groceries or essentials as needed
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of paid, professional infant experience
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Up To Date on all immunizations, including: tDap, MMR, Flu, Covid, etc
- Has valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, driver’s insurance and clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Comfortable with the family’s friendly dog
Compensation Benefits
Position pays $25-30 per hour and client is looking for 40 hours per week.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Paid Federal Holidays
- 10 paid vacation days per year (Family requires 4 weeks of notice)
- 5 days of sick leave per year
