A lovely family in Golden is looking for an experienced, engaging nanny to help out with their newborn boy. Care is needed 1 to 2 times per week for 4 hours at a time. The ideal nanny will help maintain the baby's sleep and feeding schedule, have experience with newborn/infant growth and development, and be willing to assist with light housekeeping duties.
Start Date:
- April 14th
Length of Position:
- 2 to 4 months
Schedule:
- 1 to 2 days between Monday through Friday
- 4 hour shift - flexible based on candidate’s availability
Rate:
- $30-35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- All Aspects of Newborn Care:
- Feeding, diaper changes, basic hygiene, soothing, monitoring, assisting with naps
- Light Household Tasks:
- Washing bottles and baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of paid, professional newborn experience
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Has valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Comfortable with the family’s friendly dog
Compensation:
Position pays $30-35 per hour and is looking for a 4 to 8 hours of care per week.
