Helpt is seeking a technical support agent for a 5x8 schedule that includes weekends. At Helpt we provide 24x7x365 on-shore outsourced technical support on behalf of a range of companies in the tech sector whose clients rely on them for support at all hours.

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound IT helpdesk and product technical support calls
- Manage and address electronic support tickets
- Provide technical support through customer service
Qualifications:
- Technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal communication skills
The initial training period will last 2 to 3 weeks, occurring Monday through Friday.
