Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, transactional law, estate planning/probate or legal research and writing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch legal services.

Key Responsibilities

·        Litigation: Represent clients in court proceedings, prepare legal documents, conduct depositions, and manage case strategies.

·        Transactional: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; provide counsel on business transactions.

·        Estate Planning/Probate: Meet often with clients to prepare estate planning documents and assist with the administration of probate estates and trusts.

·        Research & Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare detailed legal memoranda, briefs, and other written materials.

·        Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

·        Manage multiple cases or transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

·        Education:  Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

·        Licensure: Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.

·        Experience: Minimum of 3 years in litigation, transactional law, estate planning/probate or legal research and writing.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Proficient in legal research tools and software.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
